Your Guide & Ceremonial Holder
Prandhara Prem has spent over two decades at the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern healing.
She holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology with post-graduate training in Transpersonal Therapy, bringing clinical precision to work that most practitioners approach from intuition alone. But her credentials do not stop at the academic. Prandhara is an ordained minister, a shamanic medicine woman, a somatic rebirthing breathwork facilitator, and a tantra practitioner who has spent 23 years guiding women and men through the deepest terrain of the human experience.
She completed an intensive 13-month Medicine Woman Certification in Brazil, an immersion that took her beyond the classroom and into the living, breathing heart of plant medicine tradition. It is the kind of training that cannot be summarized on a resume. It lives in the body. It lives in the hands. It lives in the quality of presence she brings to every ceremony she holds.
For over 10 years Prandhara has been leading cacao and rapeh ceremonies, long before plant medicine became a cultural conversation. She knows these medicines intimately. She knows how they move, how they open, how they demand respect and how they reward devotion.
Her work has been recognized by CNN, Fox News, Lifetime TV, MindBodyGreen, and XoNecole. She is the author of Cultivating Sexual Healing and the Sacred Goddess Awakening Journal.
But none of that is what makes people trust her with their most sacred moments.
What makes people trust Prandhara is the way she holds a room. The way she sees you, not the version of you that has learned to perform and protect, but the one underneath all of that. She has spent over two decades creating the conditions for that person to finally exhale.
Your Ceremonial Guide
Brian Wilson has walked with the medicine for 18 years.
His path began in Northeast Brazil, where he first encountered this sacred plant medicine as a man being called by something ancient and undeniable. What he witnessed in himself and in others changed the course of his life. He did not walk away from that calling. He walked deeper into it.
Over the next two decades Brian immersed himself in the tradition, studying under experienced facilitators, sitting in ceremony in Brazil and across the United States, and eventually stepping into the role of guide himself. He has held space for hundreds of people through some of the most profound and vulnerable moments of their lives.
Brian brings no agenda to the ceremony space, only steadiness, reverence, and an unwavering trust in the intelligence of the medicine itself. He has seen this work heal what years of conventional therapy could not touch. He has witnessed people meet themselves, perhaps for the first time.
He is a devoted student, a faithful steward, and a man who has given his life to this path because he has seen, over and over again, what becomes possible when a human being is truly held by this medicine in a safe and sacred container.

The Living Altar Creating River, Earth & Sacred Space
Woven into the rhythm of our time together is an invitation to simply be. The land holds you. The river calls you. In the spaces between ceremony you are free to follow your own soul's guidance albeit sitting in prayer at the water's edge, allowing the river to carry what you are ready to release, or turning your hands to the earth through composting or planting a seed as an act of reciprocity and gratitude for all that is being given to you here. This is your time to listen. To reflect on what you are truly seeking from this journey with Serpent medicine. To let the land speak back. We do not fill every moment with instruction because some of the most profound medicine you will receive this weekend will come in the quiet, in the soil, and in the sacred conversation between you and the living world around you.

Sacred Surrender & Wrap Up
As the night deepens and the fire burns, you surrender to the intelligence of the Serpent medicine, trusting that what arises is exactly what your soul has been waiting to show you. This is not an experience you direct. You receive. You allow. The medicine knows what you need far better than the mind does. Your only invitation is to say yes and trust the sacred container built around you. As morning light filters through the trees, we gather together, unhurried and open to integrate, reflect, and commune over breakfast. What you witnessed in yourself overnight begins to find words and meaning in the light of a new day. You do not leave this experience alone. You leave witnessed, nourished, and gently held back into the world
